Using Stamprite Machine’s Model VT-50 for Hot Stamping Baby Drowning Warning Labels on Plastic Pails

Applying the ASTM approved baby drowning label using the hot stamp process ensures that the safety warning is not easily removed. This is also a fairly quick and easy process as the operator simply slides the bucket on the fixture, hits two hand buttons and less than one second later the bucket is being removed and headed for the next stage of completion.

The tooling shown in the image comes complete with a mechanical stop, so that the label is applied in the same location every time.

We also offer the option of having a photoelectric eye to keep the machine from cycling if the bucket is not properly located.
